At CES 2020, LG won the Best of Innovation TV award for its LG 65RX roll-up OLED TV. Recently, LG's Z9 8K 88-inch OLED TV product was also honored in the "Top 100 Best inventions of 2019" title of "TV of the Future". LG Electronics is the only Korean company whose products make this list. This is currently the first 8K OLED TV in the world.

According to market research firm IHS Markit, OLED TV market share is growing strongly in the premium segment. By the end of the first quarter of 2019, LG had the most market share in the premium TV segment from 2500 USD (58 million VND) or more, with 33.3%. LG is also leading the market for OLED TVs in Europe with 56%. The size of the global OLED TV market is expected to reach US $ 21.3 billion by the end of 2023.
